摘要

目的总结不典型膜性肾病临床特点及治疗效果。方法回顾性研究经肾穿刺活检病理诊断为不典型膜性肾病的90例患者临床资料,对临床疗效进行分析。结果 90例不典型膜性肾病患者中,72.22%表现为肾病综合征;中医证候分型以脾肾气虚（64.44%）、湿热（70.0%）、血瘀（74.44%）为主;清热利湿、活血化瘀、疏导情志贯穿治疗始终;总缓解率85.72%,血栓栓塞发生率8.33%,糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂不良反应发生率44.44%。结论不典型膜性肾病发病率从2013年开始明显增加,病情复杂,中西医结合分期个体化治疗,能够提高治疗缓解率,降低血栓栓塞发生率、糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂不良反应发生率。
