摘要

膜性肾病因病程较长,病情反复,不良反应大及撤药困难等原因,临床治疗方案尚不统一。毛炜主任倡导先中后西、中西医结合的诊疗思路,发挥中医整体辨证及个性化调治的优势;明确病因病机,注重脾胃虚损及气机升降;结合中医外治法,整体辨证,治病求本,综合治理。临证常用补气生血药、温阳药、活血药,注重用药药量,临床疗效良好。
