摘要

王耀光教授治疗特发性膜性肾病（IMN）重用黄芪,常用方剂为防己黄芪汤合玉屏风散化裁的膜肾1号方,此方特点在于益气固表而不敛邪,黄芪用量一般从30 g起,根据患者的体质及耐受情况,最大剂量可达120 g。王教授擅于温利结合,温阳与通利同用临床效果较好,常用方剂为防己黄芪汤合五苓散。其重视气机,认为气机的调达,生理上偏重肝气的调达,治疗上偏重于寓通于补。
