摘要

"外治六经法"基于中医整体观和辨证论治观,将五行、藏象及经络学说相结合,以"中庸"思想为指导,调节体内阴阳平衡。"外治六经法"治疗带状疱疹将五行配穴、表里经配穴、同名经配穴方法相互融合,不仅针对病变脏腑的经络进行治疗,更是根据疾病传变规律,以某一条经络出现的问题为出发点,用五行生克制化关系将这些经脉联系起来,在这些经脉同时取穴,共同治疗。通过选取鲍身涛教授针刺治疗带状疱疹的经验,简要分析"外治六经法"的理论基础及配穴原则。
