摘要

目的观察加味香砂六君子汤治疗中风后胃轻瘫的疗效。方法选取北京市回民医院脑病科住院的82例中风后胃轻瘫患者,采用自身前后对照研究,先给予莫沙必利治疗1周无效,后给予加味香砂六君子汤治疗1周,观察中药治疗前后患者胃液残留量的变化。结果中药治疗总有效率达93.9%。患者治疗后的胃液残留量明显减少（P<0.01）。结论加味香砂六君子汤能有效改善中风后胃轻瘫的临床症状,从而改善患者的预后,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
