The Practice and Feedback on the First Session of TCMNursing Core Member Training Mode in Beijing
Objective To explore the training mode for clinical application on traditional Chinese medicine nursing core member. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the subjects of the first session of TCM nursing core member training in Beijing were selected to conduct training from May 2016 to June 2018. The training system included course content,base screening,professor selection and other content. Results The scores of basic Chinese medicine theoretical tests,before and after training,were 56. 67 ± 17. 03,81. 14 ± 12. 27,which had the significant difference( P < 0. 01). The number of papers published with the first author in core journals was increased by 46. 15% than those for the corresponding period; the number of scientific research projects in charge was increased by 100. 00% over the same period; the number of TCM nursing technology projects in the departments where the subjects conducted was increased by 19. 38%. Conclusion A perfect training project system could promote the overall professional quality and service capacity of the Chinese medicine nursing team in Beijing.
