摘要

目的观察中药蜡疗温度变化规律,探究有效安全的中药蜡疗温度区间,为临床实践提供可行性依据。方法选取2017年10月—2018年2月骨痹患者112例,监测中药蜡疗过程中蜡药温度及治疗部位局部皮肤温度变化,观察治疗峰值温度及用时,调查患者对峰值温度的热舒适感受。结果中药蜡疗的起始温度为（41. 42±1. 81）℃,峰值温度为（44. 67±1. 26）℃,达到峰值用时（503. 72±191. 85） s,在42℃,4,6℃（不含）峰值温度区间患者多感暖舒适。结论本研究把控治疗的起始温度、峰值温度以及患者热舒适评价等关键点,从而得出中药蜡疗温度变化规律,为临床实践提供参考。
