摘要

中医合理借鉴现代药理学研究成果以及西医病因病理知识,辨证运用具有降糖作用的中药,可以提高中医治疗糖尿病整体水平。临床中将调节血糖的中药按功能靶向分为4类:"疾病靶向"类:在诊断的前提下,通过靶向主方、靶向主药以达到调整疾病状态的目的。"症状靶向"类:通过靶向药物迅速改善患者的主症状、次症状及体征。"临床指标靶向类":在处方中加入可以有效改善异常指标的中药,使之恢复正常。"病因靶向类:通过审"因"论治,截断糖尿病或并发症的发病与血糖难控的源头。
