摘要

目的总结仝小林教授诊治低血糖型脆性糖尿病规律。方法回顾性分析就诊于仝小林教授门诊的低血糖型脆性糖尿病患者的临床资料,并建立数据库,对数据进行描述性统计分析及多元统计分析,探讨低血糖型脆性糖尿病的一般特征及证候分布特点,挖掘治疗本病的核心药物。结果证候分布由高到低为脾虚胃热、中气亏虚、气阴两虚、中焦气滞证、肠道湿热证、胃脘痞满、肝胃郁热、肝肾亏虚;脾虚胃热型核心药物为黄连、黄芩、生姜、知母,中气亏虚型核心药物为黄连、黄芪、枳实、白术。结论仝小林教授辨证低血糖型脆性糖尿病为脾虚胃热与中气亏虚2个典型证型,并给予黄连作为降糖靶药。
