摘要

六病愈症为微汗、脉静微缓和发烦目瞑衄血为太阳病"愈症",得利、转失气和濈然汗出等为阳明病"愈症",能食不呕、少阳脉小为少阳病"愈症",脉有中气和脾家实下利为太阴病"愈症",手足温、寸微尺浮为少阴病"愈症",脉微浮、欲饮和脉还手足温是厥阴病"愈症"。杂病"愈症"为身痹、如冒状、微汗和汗出为水湿邪等津液代谢失常的"愈症",得利和得下是邪得以出的"愈症"。以证候虚实为基础,辨识"愈症"可指导临证守法、守方,实证时出现"愈症"一般为邪气所致的过性邪气症状,虚证为原有症状缓解。
