摘要

通过检索数据库,整理、分析、总结历代医家对帕金森病的认识、学术思想以及临床经验,探索补帕金森病的病因病机、治则治法。帕金森病是临床上仅次于阿尔滋海默的常见神经退行性疾病,一般认为帕金森病属于本虚标实证,以肝肾不足为本,痰、火、瘀、毒为标,治疗强调标本兼治,以补益肝肾为主,佐以补益气血,兼以祛邪解毒,达到改善症状,提高患者生活质量的目的。
