摘要

目的初步探索代谢综合征（MS）伴颈动脉粥样硬化（CAS）的中医证候要素的组合特点。方法纳入4 386例MS伴CAS患者,收集中医四诊信息,运用因子分析方法,计算公因子得分,将24个初始公因子得分作为变量纳入聚类分析,归纳寻找该病的常见证候类型。结果 MS伴CAS的24个公因子可被聚为5类,结合临床经验和专家意见,可辨证为气阴两虚证、肝郁脾虚证、气虚血瘀证、痰热瘀结证。结论 MS伴CAS的证候要素组合为气阴两虚证、肝郁脾虚证、气虚血瘀证、痰热瘀结证。
