摘要

目的观察化痰活血通络方在脑卒中高危人群合并颈动脉硬化患者中医综合干预中的应用效果。方法筛选脑卒中高危人群,根据入组顺序拆开随机化分组信封将患者分为治疗组72例、对照组75例。治疗组给予基础治疗+行为干预+中药治疗（化痰活血通络方）,对照组仅给予基础治疗+行为干预,治疗90天,随访270天。比较2组颈动脉内膜中层厚度及斑块检出率、中医证候要素分布情况。结果治疗90天,治疗组颈动脉内膜中层增厚比例及斑块检出率均少于对照组（P <0. 05）,2组血瘀证比例差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）,其余证型比较差异无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）。结论在基础治疗、行为干预基础上给予化痰活血通络方,可改善脑卒中高危人群的颈动脉硬化,该方尤其适用于血瘀证患者。
