摘要

甲状腺乳头状癌术后临床病情复杂,倪青教授认为,要抓住疾病本虚标实的本质,本虚为脾肾阳虚,标实为热毒、肝气郁结化火等,在临床中常见患者同时出现阴虚、阳虚2种状态。治疗中,偏阴虚者选择全瓜蒌、金银花、忍冬藤、玄参等,偏阳虚者则用浙贝母、连翘、猫爪草等化痰散结。倪青教授善用软坚散结药物,如山慈菇、夏枯草、浙贝母等,同时对于阴虚患者,运用大量清热解毒、理气解郁药物,如白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、半边莲、郁金、香附等。
