摘要

<正>糖尿病周围神经病变（Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, DPN）是糖尿病（Diabetes Mellitus,DM）最常见的并发症之一,其主要临床表现为:肢体对称性感觉异常,如麻木、疼痛、蚁行感、无力等,且多伴有睡眠障碍或抑郁状态,甚至发展为糖尿病足,是DM致伤、致残甚至致死的直接原因,严重影响DM患者的身心健康和生活质量。
