摘要

<正>甲状腺功能减退症（hypothyroidism,简称甲减）是由于各种原因导致的甲状腺激素合成和分泌减少或组织利用不足引起的全身性低代谢综合征,以畏寒、乏力、手足肿胀感、嗜睡、记忆力减退、少汗、关节疼痛、体重增加、便秘、女性月经紊乱或者月经过多、不孕为临床症候群。西医学认为其病理特征是黏多糖在组织和皮肤的堆积[1],表现为黏液性水肿,严重者影响生活质量和加重心血管疾病发生的风险。西医多采用甲状腺激素
