摘要

饶燮卿老中医认为,中医药治疗可应用于各期胃癌以及胃癌治疗的各个阶段。胃癌发病的根本病机是正气虚损、邪气内实。治疗时注意辨病与辨证相结合,以顾护胃气、攻补兼施为原则,主张分期、分型治疗。将中医药治疗与手术、放疗、化疗等相结合,促进手术后机体恢复,减轻放化疗的不良反应,预防胃癌转移及复发,提高近期及远期疗效。
