摘要

中医学认为肾精亏虚、督脉失养为脊柱退变性疾病发病的内在基础,外感风寒湿邪为外在诱因,日久痰浊瘀血痹阻督脉致使筋脉失养、骨枯髓减而致病。可分为以下5个证型进行辨证论治:痰瘀互阻型、肝肾阴虚型、气血两虚型、脾肾阳虚型及督脉痹阻型。总体以补肾通督为基本治则,多选用补肾壮骨通督的药物如鹿胶、补骨脂、桑寄生、生地黄、熟地黄、骨碎补、菟丝子、枸杞子、羌活、独活等,并随证加减。
