摘要

目的评价旋提手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将117例椎动脉型颈椎病患者利用中央随机系统,随机分为治疗组58例,对照组59例。治疗组采用旋提手法进行治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引进行治疗,记录治疗前后2组患者的CSA功能评定量表（FS-CSA）评分、头痛评分及颈椎活动度评分。所有患者均随访6个月。结果 2组治疗后、随访期的FS-CSA评分、头痛评分及颈椎活动度评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 01）;在治疗后及随访期2组以上指标及FS-CSA临床疗效组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 01）。结论旋提手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切。
