摘要

目的探讨中药联合硬膜外冲击治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机数字表法分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组,每组40例。观察组予中药联合硬膜外冲击治疗,对照1组仅予硬膜外冲击治疗,对照2组仅予中药治疗,比较3组治疗后临床效果、JOA评分（日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法）、VAS评分（疼痛视觉模拟量表）和炎性因子。结果观察组治疗后治愈率和总有效率高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义（P<0. 05）;观察组治疗后JOA评分高于治疗前,且高于对照1组和对照2组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 05）;观察组治疗后VAS评分低于本组治疗前,且低于对照1组和对照2组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 05）;观察组治疗后5天和15天hs-CRP、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平均低于本组治疗前,且低于对照1组和对照2组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。结论中药联合硬膜外冲击治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果较好,患肢功能恢复更快,痛苦小,能降低炎性反应,改善预后。
