摘要

目的探讨疏风解毒胶囊联合头孢克肟胶囊治疗急喉痹风热证的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择急喉痹风热证患者100例,按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各50例。2组均予局部点刺放血疗法,对照组同时服用头孢克肟胶囊,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服疏风解毒胶囊。疗程均为5天。观察治疗前后患者主要症状及继发症状的改善程度及积分变化。结果观察组痊愈37例,总有效率96. 0%,对照组痊愈29例,总有效率88. 0%,2组差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。治疗后观察组咽痛评分下降（6. 04±1. 68）分,对照组下降（3. 21±2. 14）分,2组差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。观察组仅出现了1例胃痛患者,不良反应发生率为2%;对照组的不良反应发生率为4%。结论在点刺放血的同时,联合使用疏风解毒胶囊及头孢克肟治疗急喉痹风热证疗效确切,能改善咽痛等临床症状,无明显不良反应。
