摘要

目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合孕三烯酮、米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法子宫内膜异位症患者105例,根据实际治疗方法分为对照组50例、观察组55例。对照组给予米非司酮、孕三烯酮连续治疗3个月;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服桂枝茯苓胶囊,连续治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后症状、体征评分及异位囊肿包块直径、激素、炎症因子、VEGF、Leptin水平。结果 2组治疗后盆腔症状评分、体征评分、异位囊肿包块直径、激素、炎症因子及血清VEGF、Leptin水平均较治疗前改善（P <0. 05）,且观察组改善程度优于对照组（P <0. 05）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合孕三烯酮、米非司酮效果优于单纯孕三烯酮联合米非司酮治疗。
