糖尿病与恶性肿瘤存在相关性,糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤具有"虚气流滞,气虚生毒"的病机特征,中医药治疗抓住病机关键,根据正气与毒邪消长变化,在控制血糖、辨证与辨病相结合的基础上,根据标本缓急分阶段采用补虚扶正、祛实通滞、攻毒解毒的扶正祛邪方法治疗糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤,可获良效。
