摘要

目的评价疏肝健脾法治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝主要生化学指标的疗效。方法计算机检索及手工检索2010年1月1日—2018年7月1日文献,按Cochrane协作网质量评价标准评价,提取有效数据并采用Revman 5. 1软件进行分析。结果共纳入10项随机对照试验,包括1 213例糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者,但方法学质量评价显示纳入研究质量不高,均为C级。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,疏肝健脾法治疗能降低FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）水平,但降低FPG、2hPG、HbA1C不明显;降低ALT、AST、GGT水平;降低TG、TC、LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平,但改善作用不明显。结论疏肝健脾法治疗糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝在改善肝功能、IRI方面作用较明显,对血糖、血脂、HbA1C等指标具有一定的改善作用。
