摘要

冯兴中教授认为糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的病机具有动态演变的特点,随病程的进展,初期阴虚燥热,逐渐进入气阴两虚阶段,最后出现阴阳两虚的变化。肝、脾、肾三脏在DPN的发生发展中起重要作用,故治疗应健脾固肾疏肝;同时,在脏腑功能失调、气血阴阳亏虚的基础上,痰浊、瘀血等病理产物生成,停滞于络脉,导致络脉不通,加重病情,故治疗须不忘活血化痰通络。
