摘要

通过解读黄芪桂枝五物汤及相关仲景论述,明确与糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）相关的"血痹""痿症"和坏疽的基本病机为气血津液亏虚。通过与相关方剂进行比较,加深对仲景关于血痹的发生、诊断依据和组方用药原则的理解,从而指导DPN的中医临床治疗。
