摘要

姜经过炮制后功效各异。姜药常见生姜、干姜、炮姜、煨姜、生姜皮、生姜汁。张炳厚教授临床巧妙应用姜药入方辨证施治,疗效显著。干姜辛温大热,善驱散三焦及经络之阴寒;生姜辛散之力较强,善走中上二焦,能散寒解表,也能温中止呕;炮姜苦温,可温中下二焦,化血中寒气,常用于温经止血;煨姜温热平和,不散不燥,守于中焦,温煦脾阳,健脾止泻;生姜皮辛凉,可健脾利水,尤善散皮肤之水气;生姜汁温润浓稠,辛而不燥,温而不热,可化痰止呕,通络开窍等。张炳厚教授辨证施药,以达到更好的疗效。
