摘要

中医学认为强直性脊柱炎发病以禀赋不足、肾气亏虚为根本原因。肾藏先天之精,是人体生命之源,为"先天之本"。肾之元气属人体正气范畴,中医肾藏象与免疫之间存在密切联系,"肾生髓"包括其对免疫细胞的调节作用。补肾法可在细胞、分子等多水平对体内T细胞亚群失衡及炎性细胞因子分泌进行调控,从而维持机体免疫自稳态。从中医肾藏象与现代免疫学的角度,将现代医学"神经-内分泌-免疫"网络以及T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱与肾精亏虚本质相结合,探讨强直性脊柱炎的可能机制,为中医药治疗提供思路。
