摘要

仝小林教授根据脏腑风湿理论,提出寒凝经脉型高血压病的新治法,指出此类高血压病与感受风寒湿邪关系密切,病机要点在于风寒湿等外邪内侵机体,治疗重点在于透邪外出,且兼顾伏邪内藏的重要病机;临床常采用散寒解肌、通阳舒筋,温阳驱寒、软脉活血,温经通脉、化瘀通络等法;常用方药为葛根汤、当归四逆汤、吴茱萸汤、阳和汤、桃红四物汤、大黄虫丸等,临床效果良好。
