原发性胆汁性肝硬化属于病因不明的慢性胆汁淤积性肝病,此病缠绵难愈,易发展为其他肝脏疾病。车念聪教授认为原发性胆汁性肝硬化多病程日久,正气渐虚,虚实交杂,治疗时应重视肝体用同调,即滋肝阴、养肝血、去湿热、通肝络,同时中药与西药联合使用,预防肝病进一步发展,可显著提高疗效。
