摘要

目的观察五音疗法联合穴位按摩在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者情志护理中的应用效果。方法选择伴焦虑症状的COPD患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。2组均给予常规情志护理,试验组在此基础上应用五音疗法联合穴位按摩治疗。比较2组呼吸困难量表（mMRC）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分及患者满意度。结果 2组出院时mMRC评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均较入院时低（P <0. 05）,且出院时试验组mMRC评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于对照组（P <0. 05）。试验组出院满意度评分高于对照组（P <0. 05）,满意度等级优于对照组（P <0. 05）。结论五音疗法联合穴位按摩可以有效缓解COPD患者的呼吸困难及焦虑症状,提高患者的满意度。
