摘要

目的观察芪术泻心汤治疗化疗相关性腹泻的临床效果。方法回顾性分析李萍萍教授治疗的化疗相关性腹泻患者40例,均采用芪术泻心汤加减治疗。对比治疗前后证候积分,统计疾病、证候、主要症状泄泻的疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者的中医证候积分下降（P<0.01）,疾病总有效率为88.5%,证候总有效率为90%,主要症状"泄泻"的总有效率为87.5%。结论芪术泻心汤治疗化疗相关性腹泻效果满意。
