摘要

中医药防治肺癌具有确切疗效,可以显著延长患者的生存期并提高患者生存质量。目前对于中医药防治肺癌的机制探究发现,调控自噬可以有效提高放化疗的耐受度并与耐药机制相关。因此,探究自噬与肺癌防治的相关性及中医药如何调控自噬影响肺癌防治具有重要科学价值。
