摘要

前期在国家自然科学基金资助下初步建立的朴炳奎诊治肺癌用药认知模型扶正培本和清热解毒药物模型分类准确率明显偏低,因此如何解决临床信息处理机制、认知要素概括和划分、思维机制阐释,进而探索实践模型优化方法具有实际意义,预期引入"原型范畴理论",通过访谈研究构建肺癌病位、病性、病机、病证、病势证素范畴化属性,用于名老中医对临床信息主观概括和类属划分,以表达先验知识和思维机制,将有效地从本质上提升模型可靠性和鲁棒性,为开发肿瘤防治名老中医临床决策系统提供基础。
