摘要

目的评价逍遥散治疗功能性消化不良的有效性和安全性。方法通过电子检索中国知网全文期刊数据库（CNKI）、万方学术期刊全文数据库（WANFANG DATA）、维普数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane数据库,检索时间截至2018年3月,纳入有关逍遥散治疗FD的临床随机对照试验,按照RCT质量评价的修改后Jadad量表评价标准及Cochrane协作网的偏倚风险评价量表对纳入的文献进行质量评价,使用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13个RCT,涉及1277名患者。Meta分析结果显示:逍遥散的临床总有效率高于对照组（RR=1.20,95%CI[1.14,1.27];P<0.000 01）。结论逍遥散可能治疗FD疗效佳。
