摘要

目的探讨推拿手法治疗儿童腺样体肥大（PAH）的长期疗效。方法将60例腺样体肥大患儿随机纳入观察组30例和对照组28例观察组采用推拿配合内舒拿治疗;对照组采用单纯内舒拿治疗,2组均每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组患儿治疗后及随访半年后鼻塞程度、生命质量等方面的改善情况。结果治疗后观察组27例明显好转、3例改善,总有效率90.0%;对照组23例明显好转、5例改善,总有效率82.1%,2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。随访半年后,观察组25例患儿临床症状明显好转,5例患儿无明显改善,总有效率83.3%;对照组19例患儿临床症状明显好转,9例患儿无明显改善,总有效率67.9%,观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论推拿手法配合内舒拿治疗PAH疗效明显,远期疗效较好。
