摘要

变应性鼻炎是机体暴露于变应原后主要由IgE介导的鼻黏膜非感染性慢性炎性疾病。临床上主要表现为阵发性喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻痒和鼻塞等,可伴有眼部症状,包括眼痒、流泪、眼红和灼热感等,多见于花粉过敏患者。黄飞剑主任医师根据仝小林教授的"脏腑风湿"理论,明确提出变应性鼻炎是呼吸系统的风湿病,并在"脏腑风湿"理论指导下,应用独活寄生汤、阳和汤及其自创的气血双调汤、化气汤、健脾渗湿汤、开心汤治疗鼻炎,取得了显著的疗效。
