摘要

消化膏为北京中医医院院内处方,是赵炳南、王玉章老先生治疗乳腺增生症、乳痛症常用方,具有温筋通络、活血化痰、散寒止痛等作用,临床应用数十年,疗效肯定。湿热敷是古代热熨法的延伸,主要作用是"中药+透热",对改良消化膏有较好渗透作用。二者合用,相得益彰。该技术方法临床推广使用到数十家医疗机构,治愈大量中重度乳痛症患者。对改良消化膏湿热敷法治疗中重度乳痛症的理论基础、操作方法、注意事项等进行简述,以便临床更好地推广使用此种中医特色技法。
