摘要

原发性痛经是指伴随女性月经周期出现的下腹部疼而无器质性病变的疾病,是妇科常见病。西医多采用非甾体抗炎药止痛治疗,然多存在长期服用产生不良反应的问题。历代中医医家多以活血、化瘀、疏肝、健脾、补肾等法治疗。刘新敏主任医师根据仝小林教授的"脏腑风湿"理论,明确提出原发性痛经是胞宫风湿病,为"女子胞痹",并以"脏腑风湿"理论为指导,应用少腹逐瘀汤、温经汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗原发性痛经,取得了显著疗效。从脏腑风湿的角度阐述原发性痛经的病因病机、治疗原则、常用方剂,总结刘新敏主任医师的临证经验,为原发性痛经提供新的观点和辨证治疗思路。
