摘要

皮肤病的发生发展是人体内在阴阳失衡、气血失和、脏腑失调的外在表现,这也正是《丹溪心法》"有诸内者,必形诸外"的具体表现。中医皮肤学科的文质学说是文与质的和谐统一、相辅相成,概括为由外察内、由内推外;内治调外,内外通达;外治调内,内外兼治;理论与实践结合等四个方面。只有医学理论完善,临床技能全面,理论与临床有机结合,提高临床疗效才是中医学的终极目的。
