摘要

<正>大多数非特异性间质性肺炎（nonspecific interstitial pneumonia,NSIP）起病隐匿或亚急性,主要临床表现为咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难和爆裂音,严重影响患者的日常生活。现代医学普遍应用单独激素或免疫抑制剂治疗,或两者联合使用,但易出现激素、免疫抑制剂相关不良反应,现运用中医药治疗NSIP咳嗽1则,取得满意效果。1 病案介绍患者,男,67岁,2016年9月12日初诊。患者3月前出现咳嗽,咳痰,未予重视,20
