摘要

膜性肾病作为西医病理学名词,明晰其中医概念至关重要。专家们对本病的中医病名、病因、病机展开了讨论,认为本病是因病邪或由肺系入侵,或自脾胃入里,损伤肾脏而发病,并产生瘀血等诸多病理产物。因此在中医治疗上,主张从肺脾肾三脏入手,而具体用方用药各有不同。同时,对于本病的中医疗效评价标准及自发缓解现象,各位专家分别表达了自己的见解。
