从病因病机、辨病辨证、遣方用药等方面总结归纳肖淑琴老师从肝脾论治儿童神经性厌食的学术观点及临床经验。肖老师认为儿童神经性厌食病位主要在肝、脾,病机关键为肝郁气滞、脾胃失调,治疗上强调健脾疏肝、理气助运,予异功散合芍药甘草汤加味。
