摘要

腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）是一种临床常见的功能性肠道疾病,以腹痛、腹泻为主要表现,其中有一类常见遇冷即发,其发病与寒湿内伏密切相关。以仝小林教授提出的脏腑风湿理论分析,该类IBS-D的病因病机为:寒湿之邪伏留胃肠,久伤中阳,遇寒引动,脾失健运,发为泄泻。治疗上,应给邪以出路为先,重散寒透邪,再攻补兼施,邪除而正气足,治以散寒温中健脾,以理中汤合小建中汤随症加减治疗。
