摘要

卵巢癌为妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一,早期多无症状,有症状时60%～70%已属晚期。该病的主要病机为正虚、寒凝、气滞、血瘀。其发病特点为伏邪稽留日久而渐成,有明显症状时已成顽疾恶候。其中一部分卵巢癌符合"脏腑风湿病"的发病特征,属于"胞宫风湿病"范畴。结合"脏腑风湿"的相关概念可将这类卵巢癌分为寒湿（早期）、寒湿瘀（中期）、寒湿瘀癥（晚期）三个阶段。治疗时温阳散寒法贯穿全程,早期兼以除湿,中期兼以化瘀,后期兼以消癥。同时结合名老中医经验及临床研究成果进一步完善"脏腑风湿"类卵巢癌的理论基础及治疗方案。
