摘要

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗北京地区季节性流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法选择2014年11月—2016年3月就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院发热门诊的流感患者220例,采用随机数字表法分为中成药组和西药组各110例。中成药组予疏风解毒胶囊治疗,西药组予磷酸奥斯他韦胶囊治疗。比较2组的退热起效时间、中医证候疗效、症状积分变化及安全性指标。结果中成药组退热中位起效时间为2 h,与西药组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗5天后,2组中医证候疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。单项症状积分比较,2组均能有效改善流感患者症状,主症积分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,次症咽痛积分中成药组效果更佳（P=0.04）。2组并发症及不良反应比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗北京地区季节性流行性感冒安全有效,且对咽痛症状改善更佳。
