<,正,>,肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）是以腹痛、腹部不适,伴排便习惯及大便性状改变为主要临床症状的慢性功能性肠病,部分患者同时伴有失眠、焦虑、抑郁等神经精神症状。该病的发病机制目前尚未明确,[,1-4],多认为与肠黏膜屏障及肠道动力异常、内脏感知异常、肠道菌群失衡及精神心理障碍等因素有关,是多种因素和机制共同作用的结果。根据罗马Ⅲ标准,IBS可分为腹泻型（IBS-D）、便秘型（IBS-C）、混合型
