摘要

目的观察清热除湿汤对湿热型痤疮患者面部皮肤特征的改善作用。方法随机选取2016年9月—2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的湿热型痤疮患者65例,给予清热除湿汤内服治疗,并以同期健康者20名作为对照组。应用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪对痤疮患者治疗前后及对照组皮肤性质进行定量评价和分析。结果 VISIA数据显示痤疮患者在治疗前后的红色区、棕色斑和紫质的绝对分值与健康者比较,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）;毛孔绝对分值与健康者比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。痤疮患者红色区、棕色斑和紫质的改善分别在中药治疗后第2周和第3周。结论清热除湿汤对痤疮患者红色区、棕色斑及紫质的改善效果较为显著。

Abstract

To observe the effect of Qingre Chushi Decoction on improving facial skin characteristics of patients with damp-heat type of acne.Methods 65 patients with acne of damp-heat type were randomly selected from September 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital.They were treated with Qingre Chushi Decoction and 20 healthy people were taken as control group during the same period.The skin properties of acne patients and control group before and after treatment were quantitatively evaluated and analyzed by VISIA skin image analyzer.Results VISIA data showed that the absolute scores of red area,brown spot and purple substance of acne patients before and after treatment were significantly different from those of healthy people（P<0.01）,and there was no significant difference between the absolute scores of pore and healthy people（P>0.05）.The improvement of red area, brown spot and purple substance in patients with acne were observed at the 2 nd and 3 rd week after treatment with Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusion Qingre chushi Decoction can improve the red area,brown spot and purple substance of acne patients significantly.
