摘要

张允岭教授临证治疗失眠,辨证精准,追本溯源,四诊合参,善于抓住疾病的主要症状与兼夹症状,从而准确辨析失眠的病因病位病机,而根据其病机的夹杂不同,从本论治,标本兼顾。总结张允岭教授治疗失眠的临床经验,将其治疗失眠所对应的核心病机及相应的核心治法归类为:重镇安神张弛有度、透热除烦方药得当、行气活血病机明确、清热化湿辨证精准、祛痰开窍理法清晰、滋补肝肾标本兼治。同时通过分析张允岭教授以此为基准治疗失眠的处方思路,理法方药融汇其中,体现出失眠论治中的整体观念。通过分析归类总结张允岭教授治疗失眠的辨治要点和用药特点,以期为临床治疗失眠提供参考与借鉴。
