摘要

张珠凤主任善用中西医结合理论辨证论治脑积水。张主任认为脑积水致因极多,以实证多见;病机关键为血瘀水停阻络,因"瘀则生水",治疗强调采用通降大法,核心为"通络""利水""行瘀"。善于"辨病"与"辨证"相结合选方用药,重视利水、化瘀、通络药物的应用,主张先驱邪后扶正,首当祛除水瘀之邪,后当并以健脾益肾,善用虫类药物及"对药",并结合现代药理研究成果选方用药,从而提高临床疗效。
